North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota report cases of bird flu in turkey flocks

North Dakota:  25,500 commercial meat turkeys in LaMoure County.  First case of bird flu in ND in 2026.

South Dakota:  31,600 commercial breeder hens in Edmunds County.  9th case of bird flu in SD so far this year.

Minnesota:  62,900 commercial meat turkeys in Big Stone County.  First case of bird flu in MN since January.  First case in Big Stone County since 2023.
