3 or 4 to a bed?   Might be a little crowded.  In all, authorities hope to have 30 beds open before St. Patrick’s Day.
The last time St. Patrick’s Day fell on a Friday, in 2006, Skuletich says 100 people were arrested and two police cruisers had their windows smashed with beer cans.

Not gonna happen.  For the Union Corners development on the East Side, attracting one has been an exercise in futility, leading to a delay in the construction of a multi-use building at the corner of East Washington Avenue and Milwaukee Street.

How low can you go? Breitbart humiliates WIAA

Chubby Checker's 'Limbo Rock' debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 at # for the week ending 9/8/1962.  It spent an amazing* -- for its time -- 23 weeks on the chart, peaking at #2.

UPDATE. Not all Republicans rebuke Steve King. Some of them sing a little Carl Perkins among themselves.

Steve King, Hurling Insults at Immigrants, Is Rebuked by His Own Party. (The New York Times, 3/13/2017)
Mr. King, 67, represents the most conservative corner of Iowa, and has long held policy positions rooted in deeply conservative beliefs, especially concerning immigration, which he once deemed a “slow-motion Holocaust.”
He has often said he was made aware of illegal immigration as a small child by his father, the onetime mayor of a small Iowa town who taught him to take a hard line.
[snip]
Unequivocally!.  On Monday, confronted about his tweet, he told CNN, “I meant exactly what I said,” adding that he would “like to see an America that’s just so homogeneous that we look a lot the same, from that.”

Related reading:
Early on in the cycle, King set himself up to be a player in the caucuses, hosting a January cattle call that informally kicked off the state’s Republican race. The Iowa Freedom Summit, as it was called, made headlines, shooting Scott Walker to the top of the state’s polls and the national conversation.

And what Presidential candidates, announced or still coy, and other GOP biggies responded to this cattle call, lumbering to the podium in January 2015?
  1. Marsha Blackburn
  2. John Bolton
  3. Terry Branstad
  4. Ben Carson
  5. Chris Christie
  6. Kellyanne Conway
  7. Ted Cruz
  8. Jim DeMint
  9. Joni Ernst
  10. Carly Fiorina
  11. Mike Huckabee
  12. Newt Gingrich
  13. Mike Lee
  14. Sarah Palin
  15. Rick Perry
  16. Rick Santorum
  17. Donald Trump
  18. Scott Walker
Key point to keep in mind:  Rep. King has a long history of uttering racist, nationalist remarks.  In other words, the above list of 18 knew all about the company they were keeping.

Original 11/21/2015 post, "The company Ted Cruz keeps:  Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa)", starts here.

Limited if you been living with a bag over your head and plugs in your ears.

In real life, an endorsement from Steve King should be the kiss of death.

Scott Walker on how to win friends and influence people

Advice that is sure to go unheeded.  Just do the Trump math:  2 x 0 = 0.

Founding member and lead vocalist of the Drifters, Clyde McPhatter ("A Lover's Question", "Lover Please") misfired with this 1959 single.  It spent just 2 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100, peaking at #19.
