GOP lawmakers seek gender restrictions on school bathrooms, locker rooms. (Madison.com, 10/7/2015)

The bill defines gender as being “the physical condition of being male or female, as determined by an individual’s chromosomes and identified at birth by that individual’s anatomy,” according to an analysis of the bill from the Legislative Reference Bureau.

A similar bill was introduced in the Florida state legislature earlier this year.

Just think. Once the legislature guts civil service, Scott Walker's former aides can be appointed to all levels of state government.

Did anyone consider that the timing of this announcement might be all wrong?
