Headline:  mlive, 4/22/2024

John Tunison reports:
Commissioners voted 4-7 Tuesday, April 22, on a proposal to file the lawsuit, with commissioners Joe Moss, Allision Miedema, Sylvia Rhodea and Kendra Wenzel favoring it. All four are affiliated with the highly conservative political platform Ottawa Impact.

Ottawa Impact legal action is what has previously led to some unanticipated big bills for the county.
