Donald Trump maintains his lead in national polls; Scott Walker is yesterday's news

The behinders in the 8/11-13 FOX News poll:   

• 4% - Marco Rubio, John Kasich
• 3% - Rand Paul, Chris Christie
• 1% - Rick Perry, Rick Santorum, Bobby Jindal
• 0% - Lindsey Graham

Other stuff:

• Walker gets little help on the 'Who is your second choice? question.
• Without Trump in the mix, Walker remains stuck at 6%. 
• 16% of respondents who watched the 8/6 debate say Trump 'did the best job'.  (1% chose Walker, 43% didn't name names.) 
• 28% of respondents who heard or read about the 8/6 debate say Trump 'did the best job'.  (1% chose Walker, 39% didn't name names.)
