Nicole Pollock reports:
Willow Partners’ Seven20 project at 720 E. Washington Ave. will have 244 apartments, several levels of parking, a host of high-end amenities and space for up to four businesses.
The project was approved by the city’s Plan Commission in January 2024. Seven20 is scheduled to open in May 2027.
“It’s designed to be the pinnacle of residential living in Madison, if not the state,” said Christopher Houden Jr., Willow’s managing partner. “Every detail is intentional.”
In other words, it won't be cheap to live there.
