The view is eastward, a few miles west from Rabbit Ears Pass. The picture was taken about an hour after the preceding one, and shows the same cold and louring sky, with the clouds not very far above the top of the mountain.
This is now, somewhere a few miles west
of the Rabbit Ears, noted on map below.
