The six-story development’s 197 units range from studios to 3-bedroom units at varying levels of affordability.
A majority of units, 144, will be for tenants who make 60% or less of the county median income, which is about $53,000 for one person and $76,000 for a family of four, according to project plans. Another 53 units will be for households making 80% of the county’s median income.
An underground parking garage also will hold 151 parking stalls.
The development helps anchor an ambitious, multi-phase remake of the northeastern corner of the research park, known as “Element Collective.”
