Based on a recent poll, prospect of a 3rd term for spineless Louisiana U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy M.D. is fading

 

He's even running behind "Undecided".

Dr. Bill is chair of the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP). He voted to confirm RFKjr as secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. He values his personal political survival over public health. 

 

On February 21, 2021, Cassidy voted to convict Trump on a single article of impeachment, and he's been groveling for an endorsement at the altar of Trump every since.

Quantis Insights

Fleming leads statewide and performs especially well among voters aged 45–64 (38.4%). Letlow shows strength among the youngest voters (42.9% among ages 18–29). Cassidy performs comparatively better among unaffiliated voters (28.7%) and in urban areas (25.6%), but trails overall.

In a Fleming vs. Cassidy runoff: 

• Fleming: 57.4% 

• Cassidy: 23.3% 

In a Letlow vs. Cassidy runoff: 

• Letlow: 48.3% 

• Cassidy: 26.8% 

In a Fleming vs. Letlow runoff: 

• Fleming: 42.4% 

• Letlow: 32.2% 

Nearly 47.6% of respondents say they are primarily looking to replace Bill Cassidy, with another 21.8% open to replacing him depending on the alternative.  [emphasis added]

Very bad news for the doctor.  Sounds like he won't be in next year.
