Chris Taylor flips Washbur County in 2026 Wisconsin Supreme Court race

 

Trump won Washburn County by 28 percentage points in 2024.  And in the 2022 Wisconsin gubernatorial race, losing Republican candidate Tim Michels won the county by  22 percentage points.

Last year, conservative candidate Brad Schimel beat liberal candidate Susan Crawford by 20 points.  Despite that gap, Taylor eked out a win here.
