Trump won Wood County by 20 percentage points in 2024. And in the 2022 Wisconsin gubernatorial race, losing Republican candidate Tim Michels won the county by 19 percentage points.
Both previous liberal Supreme Court candidates, Janet Protasiewicz and Susan Crawford, lost the county by at least 10 percentage points. Taylor won it by 4 points. (As shown below, Wood County shows all 50 precincts have reported.)
