At what is known as Rock Wall, in western Colorado, the familiar Dakota sandstone stands for its third portrait. We saw it first as the rolling Kearney Hills in Kansas, grazed across by white-faced cattle. We saw it a second time as the sharply rising hogback along the eastern edge of the Rockies.
This is now, an approximation. The author's geographic description is vague.
