University Avenue corridor, Middleton Wisconsin: 5-story apartment building to replace aging Castle Rock Apartments

According to the Wisconsin Historical Society, the portion of the building to the right in the above photo was constructed as a restaurant/supper club.  The adjoining Lake View Motel, now apartments, was added on later.

Madison Trust for Historic Preservation

Plans are afoot to build a 5-story apartment building on the site.
