The Professional Building,  located at 6602 University Avenue, is a 2-story, 10,450 square-foot office structure constructed in 1982.  Based on the limited number of names on the signboard, it has been underutilized for years.  

Although the site is ripe for redevelopment, the Middleton Plan Commission has not received any proposals.
