Sketchworks Architecture is submitting this application for concept review for 6656 University Avenue. The project is a proposed mixed-use development consisting of two commercial tenant spaces and 42 market rate apartment units located over 4 floors with underground parking. The design team looked into the existing B2 zoning but based on the size of the development of 4 stories and the limit of B2 to 3 stories, we are looking to rezone the project to PDD. The existing multi-tenant building on the site will be completely removed to make way for the new building and site improvements
