Keeping tabs on Middleton's University Avenue corridor: The Philben at 6225 University

 

The Philben is a 4-story, 53-unit apartment building located in Madison, just outside of the Middleton city limits.  Construction started in the spring of 2020 and was completed in the fall of 2021

The Philben replaced a two-story, Y-shaped, 1960s-era office building which had a fairly high vacancy rate in its final years.
