Portage County library director plans to retire.  (Steven Point Journal, 6/20/2016)
Stack, who became library director in 1994, made the announcement at a recent library board meeting, according to a news release. More than 10 million items were borrowed from the library during his time as director.

Population loss by degrees:  80-90%, 70-79%, 60-69%, 50-59%.

Percentage of population 25 and older with a bachelor's degree:
