From Taste of Home:
Keeping in that breakfast theme, pair your coffee with a big bowl of special Birthday Cake Cheerios. It’s a vanilla cake–flavored twist on the classic cereal, with red and blue sprinkles galore. The box also got a festive makeover, so it will look pretty patriotic sitting on your kitchen table.

From Allrecipes:
Cheerios' new Birthday Cake cereal tastes like vanilla cake and features red, white, and blue sprinkles, which are not made with artificial coloring as part of the brand's initiative to remove all FD&C dyes from cereals by this summer. The Birthday Cake Cheerios are gluten-free and boast 21 grams of whole grain and 12 essential vitamins and minerals per serving.
