But not to this.
Nicole Pollock reports:
The Madison developer planning an apartment building with 54 units and almost 3,000 square feet of commercial space at the intersection of South Park and West Lakeside streets has pared back the statement roof design after construction costs came in higher than expected.
Both sets of plans from Threshold Development Group and Threshold Builds show a four-story building with a pedestrian-scale first level coming up to the sidewalk and upper stories angled toward West Lakeside Street, which meets South Park Street at a diagonal. But the metal-wrapped barrel roofs featured in the original proposal have shrunk to much smaller curved accents in the facade of the updated version. [emphasis added]
