Kidnapping and sexual abuse in the name of the Lord (#99 in a series)

Court records show Jesse Santos, pastor of Canton Seventh-Day Adventist Church, is charged with kidnapping, two counts of gross sexual imposition, and endangering children. 

According to the police report, officers were called to a campsite in the 3000 block of Ashland County Road at River Run Campground in Loudonville in mid-September. 

The police report said the 13-year-old traveled with Santos to a campsite where he touched her inappropriately and bit her. The report said Santos also made the 13-year-old touch him sexually.
