Fourteen02 on Park mixed-use development will finally get a grocery store

Interior design work is expected to be completed in the next two weeks, with construction on the 24,000-square-foot space starting later this month, according to Kristi Maurer, who will own and operate Maurer’s Urban Market.   

Maurer anticipates the store opening by late summer or early fall, which would put an end to a nearly four-year-long saga in which another grocer backed out of the project in 2021 and, in early 2024, about $1 million in design problems were found with the space, leading to more delays.
