It's a bit of a mystery as to what's going on here.  Altim has a Facebook page, and Middleton City Planner Abby Attoun-Turner is one of 42 followers.  

Otherwise, there is nothing to go on.  No posting of an opening date.  No reviews. No mentions.

Papa John's was the former occupant of this space, which has been vacant since before Covid.  The photo here is from 2019.
