Diane debuted in 1904 but then fell off the chart for 3 years. When she resurfaced, she struggled for two decades to establish herself.  But when she did, she shot up into the top 100, where she spent 35 years (1937-1971), 14 of them in the top 20 (1946-1959).  She peaked at #14 in 1955.
