Trey debuted in 1964 and spent the next 15 years bouncing around the bottom quarter of the baby names chart.  He took off during the 1980s and peaked at #191 in 1993.  After spending 16 years in the top 30 (1992-2007), he has quickly lost what little cachet he had.
