Cut 'unnecessary requirements' for meat inspection. What could possibly go wrong?

More than 4,500 pounds of ready-to-eat stew products sold in eight states are being recalled, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). 
The USDA's Food and Safety Inspection Service (FSIS) announced the recall on certain Sempio chicken stews on Sept. 25, saying it was imported from Korea without proper USDA inspection.
