On November 20, we celebrated a milestone that represents far more than a groundbreaking—it marks the next phase in University Research Park’s evolution into a thriving innovation district.
Element Collective, a 197-unit workforce housing development by the Mandel Group, is the first major residential project in our park’s 40-year history. This isn’t just about adding apartments. It’s about creating the live-work-play environment that innovation districts require to flourish.
