During the middle of the 20th century, Patricia was one of the most popular baby names for girls.  She spent 70 years in the top 100 (1921-1990) and 38 of those year in the top 10 (1929-1966).  From 1937 until 1952, she hit her #3 peak 13 times.

The 21st century wasn't kind to her.  Her popularity quickly faded, and she dropped off the chart in 2020.
