MISCREANT PREACHERS: Illegal use of electronic means in the Name of the Lord (#144 in a series)

Mario Gonzales reports:

On June 25, the Marshall County Sheriff's Office was contacted by the family of an 11-year-old girl, reporting that the pastor of their church had requested she send him photos of her body. 

Marshall County Sheriff's Office According to MCSO, the following investigation identified the suspect as Pastor Clarence Barry Hungerford. 

Hungerford was subsequently arrested, admitting both that he had contacted the girl and that he had destroyed his cellphone to try to prevent the contents of the phone from being accessed. 

Hungerford was charged with tampering with physical evidence and unlawful use of electronic means with in the Commonwealth to induce a minor to engage in sexual or other prohibited activities.
