Fire reported on 13th floor of Ovation Apartments. (Wisconsin State Journal, 7/12/2015)
Very superstitious.
The 14-story Ovation project, completed last year, includes 248 luxury apartments and 23,000 square feet of office space, including the Madison Fire Department's administration offices.
