JD McCormick Properties is proposing to build the Hawks Nest subdivision on about 31 acres of farmland at the northeast corner of Mid Town and South Pleasant View roads.
The development “will contain a variety of mixed-use buildings and multifamily structures with various amenities,” the project team said in a letter submitted to the city. It is located across South Pleasant View Road from the larger Hawks Landing development, which got underway around 2000 and now includes hundreds of homes, condos and apartments, a golf course and other recreational facilities.
Located in the vicinity of the "Back to the Future" Hill Valley subdivision.
