Zoske and Prosser's husband, Andrew, are two of eight plaintiffs who have sued Wulf or his company, Shallow Creek Land & Livestock, since 2023 for allegedly failing to make promised payments. In addition to those claims, nine farmers, truckers and former employees who spoke to the Des Moines Register this summer criticized Wulf's business dealings. They described a businessman who ignored messages for months and, when pushed into court, made false accusations to justify his actions. [emphasis added]
