Wisconsin 2026 election: Republican Clint Moses announces re-election campaign for 92nd Assembly District

 
The boundaries of the 92nd have been shifted north and east.  The district now comprises a portion of southern Chippewa County and central Dunn County, including the cities of Chippewa Falls (population 15,076) and Menomonie (16,709).

Representative Clint Moses (R-Menomonie) is announcing his campaign for re-election to the Wisconsin State Assembly, seeking to continue representing the 92nd Assembly District. According to a press release from Moses’ campaign, Rep. Moses is currently serving his third term in the Legislature, where he chairs the Assembly Committee on Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care and serves as Vice Chair of the Assembly Committee on Agriculture.

Moses won his 2024 re-election race by a margin of 6.6 percentage points.  If the past 30 or so special election in 2025 and 2026, that's a flippable margin for Democrats.


Democrats Sydney Brennan and Jeremiah Frederickson will face off in an August primary to determine who will run against Moses in November.
