As far as Retiring Guy has been able to determine, there is not such place in Wisconsin.

There is a Maynes Land Management in Trenton, just east of West Bend in Washington County.  

There is Ronny Mayne’s custom woodcarving business in Wisconsin Rapids.

There is a Mayne Beach in Shell Lake

There is also a Village of Maine in Marathon County, which is nearly an Ivory 98.5% white.
