Up until 2021, Jim's was a full-service gas station:  pumps, repair, car wash.   The proliferation of the behemoth convenience store chain Kwik Trip no doubt cut into their gasoline sales 

So far Jim seems to be mor than surviving.  His business was always more than a service center than a gas station.
