Wisconsin 2026 elections: Democrat Bridget Maniaci challenges 2-term incumbent Ryan Clancy in 19th Assembly District


The 19th Assembly District includes the lakeshore area of the City of Milwaukee. Redistricting made only minor changes to its boundaries.

Currently represented by Democrat Ryan Clancy, the 19th is yet another City of Milwaukee district that is inhospitable to Republicans.  In her only pervious run for office, former Madison resident Bridget Maniaci finished 3rd in the 2015 Madison mayoral primary, behind Paul Soglin and Scott Resnick.  The winner of the August Democratic primary will face Republican Yasmine Outlaw in the November general election
