SARA Investment Real Estate plans to convert the former Clock Tower office park at 6411 Odana Road, which it demolished last October, into a 159,000-square-foot lab facility called Velocity Station, the company said in a Monday press release. Located on 6.4-acres, the three-story building could house anywhere from one to six companies in units of at least 25,000 square feet.
No timeline has yet been set for the project, as SARA won’t finish designing the space or apply for further city permits until it’s secured an anchor tenant, development director Zach Slagle said.
