Cartoon conservative principles in action: Taking away local control from school boards

As described at the Republican Party of Wisconsin's website....
These commonsense conservative beliefs are the glue that bonds Republicans nationwide.

GOP proposals would limit Wisconsin school districts' ability to raise revenue. (Madison.com, 10/25/2015)
Republican state lawmakers are seeking to restrict when and how local school districts can raise money from their local taxpayers at a time when the state is offering few new dollars for public schools.

A record 204 school referenda were held in 2014.

In April 2015, 76% of referenda to exceed revenue limits passed.

One of the legislators behind this move.
