2008-2010 drop in Democratic voter participation:  40.5% vs.9% for Republicans.
2012-2014 drop in Democratic voter participation:  39.4% vs. 2% for Republicans.

Walker's vote total increased by 31.3% in 2014 compared to 2010.  Mary Burke's total was 4% less than Tom Barrett's.
