Running unopposed in the 2026 GOP primary, Zach Nunn received 48,309 votes out of 49,004 cast.
Running unopposed in the 2026 Democratic primary, challenger Sarah Trone Garriott received 54,662 votes out of 55,072 cast. She received 6,068 more votes than Nunn.
