Clifford, speaking on his own behalf, not for USAPEEC, said the USDA needs to release the vaccination plan.
“This plan needs to be released,” he said. “Not implemented, released. Why? I told you earlier, we need to know what's going to happen in this country if we were to vaccinate. And the only way we're going to have a true idea of that is to provide our strategy and plan to our trading partners. The same way when we got all these zoning agreements in place in the U.S. because we had a plan, we had a strategy. We built a program that our trading partners trust. We need that same program so they can see what we would do and trust just like they do today.”
