Apparently, incompetent Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins spends too much time posing with chickens

This 'little pest', according to Texas Agriculture Secretary Sid Miller,  can "eat out a golf ball-sized hole in the side of a cows head" in an hour or two.

That sounds like a terrifying scenario for a rancher.
