Patricia was a hugely popular name during the mid-20th century.  She spent 38 years in the top 10 (1929-1966), 13 of them at #3 (1936-43, 1946-47, 1949-52). After 2000, however, her popularity quickly tanked, and she dropped off the chart in 2020.
