Trumpiest county in Tennessee is 96.4% white

Trump received more nearly 90% of the vote in Scott County in 2020.  Voters doubled down.

And look what happened when an African-American ran for President in 2008.  (Alabama segregationist George Wallace receved 17.8 % of the vote in 1968.)
