Alexa struggled for just more than a decade to gain a foothold on the chart then rocketed into the top 100, where she spent 25 years (1994-96; 1997-2018), peaking at #39 in 2016.  Apple introduced 'Alexa' in November 2014, which likely accounts for its decline in popularity as a baby name.
