Wrayburn never made an appearance on the top 1000 list of baby name.  Let's take a look at Ruby.

Ruby enjoyed a strong run during most of the 1st half of the 20th century, spending 46 years (1900-1945) in the top 100, peaking at #22 in 1911.   After bottoming out in 1986, she's been wending her way on the comeback trail, having how climbed back into the top 100.

About that 27-point bump in 1963.

"Ruby Baby", Dion's 8th single to reach the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100, debuted at #69 for the week ending January 19, 1963.  It spent 13 weeks on the chart, peaking at #2 for 3 weeks.
