Nicole Pollock reports:
The 72-unit building was approved this summer at 117–125 N. Butler St., where developer Cliff Fisher has already demolished three older houses, including one that burned in October. Fisher relocated a fourth house previously at the site to the 500 block of East Johnson Street years ago. The building would have four studios, 63 one-bedroom apartments and five two-bedroom apartments, plans show. Studios would be about 350 square feet, one-bedrooms about 520 square feet and two-bedrooms about 760 square feet, plus 14 interior parking spaces.
