University Hill Farms Historical District, Madison Wisconsin: 401 North Segoe Road

The building below opened in 1963 as the Hilldale State Bank.  Its name was change to Affiliated Bank of Hilldale in 1974.   In 1981, it was taken over by Marshall & Ilsley (M&I) Bank.  Additions were made in 1970 and 1987.  M&I was, in turn, acquired by BMO Harris in 2010.

BMO built a new Hilldale Branch, with a much reduced footprint, a block south to 216 Price Place.  The building here has remained empty since then as it awaits demolition for the Phase 3 redevelopment of Hilldale.

And, yes, there is such as thing as the University Hill Farms Historic District
