The $10 million facility, off Airport Road in Middleton, is expected to open in the second quarter of 2026, said Dr. Jason Sansone, leader of the group. It will be co-owned by Phoenix-based Healthcare Outcomes Performance, which has been managing the practice. 
The 12,000-square-foot center, at 8124 Forsythia St., will have three operating rooms and offer a range of outpatient surgeries, including joint replacements, sports medicine procedures and spine, foot and ankle surgeries, Sansone said. The developer is Cypress Development Partners, of Scottsdale, Arizona.
