Also in Arizona, Deacon Corbin Ressl of Faithful Word Baptist Church’s Tucson plant dedicated both of his June 26 sermons to the topic of abortion, preaching a sermon titled “Innocent Blood” in the morning and a sermon titled “Hoe vs. Wade” later that evening. “There’s consequences for shedding innocent blood, for harming the unborn,” he noted, adding that, “there’s only one way to atone for the shedding of innocent blood, and that’s through the death penalty.”
