Democratic districts in U.S. House targeted by GOP: Oregon 5th


Democrat Kurt Schrader was first elected to Congress in 2008 qne as won his 5 elections by a average of 12 percentage points.

Clinton won 48.3% of the presidential vote compared to 44.1% for Trump.
